busy bee...

Havent been updating.. reason being.. the great sg sale (GSS) started on fri! so made plans with fei to go shopping on fri evening.. mum told me shops close out at 12am so we were all hyped up.. got there ard 8+ n went for dinner... turns out the shops close at 10pm n we only visited 3 stores!! LOL! disappointing huh? but nvm... going shopping with mum early in the morning at 10am :P too bad fei had to work on sat so.. haha! got to town ard 11am n i shop all the way till 10pm! lol! was pretty tired halfway but went to meet fei, sat down for dinner then started shopping again! lol.. didnt really shop after cos we took a bus down to plaza sing n spent quite a lot of time in m)phosis... i bought 2 tops while fei bought 4 pants n 2 tops! lol! n she only spent $160 :/

Mon was good at work.. started doing cases n was bz almost all the way.... before i know it, it almost the end of the day.. didnt even realise that i drank so lil water.. lol! today was an equally bz day as well... the new gal tat came on mon sat with me.. my IC told me to teach her some of the system check.. but..??.. its not like i'm expert at it myself.. y me???? i'm not even sure of some of the things myself.. :S 1 of my collegues commented tat i look like the new gal.. haha! jokes..

Finally some work!!

Yday my in-charge was on leave so once again i was left with nothing to do but to read tat stupid stack of papers... lucky my collegues gave me some work to do... some taught me the processing steps n some taught me how to do calling... my other collegue from the corporate vehicles dept taught me how to do system check on customers n stuff.. hehe... getting more interesting but my collegue next door keeps telling me its boring n blah blah :S

Today, IC came back n i wanted to ask her for work but my collegues told me to ask later cos it was still early (9am) n she might be too bz.. so i asked at 10.30am n before i could finish my sentence.. she said "okok! i'll come to u later" :/ she got to me an hr later n taught me certain processes... after lunch, i under-study my collegue marcus then began trying some cases out... but was interrupted by the AM(Accounts Manager) to rush a used car case for her.. so i helped her with it... n so fast, it was 6pm.. almost time to go home already.. probably 1 of my last times i dun have to stay for OT.. haha!

Was suppose to meet fei at kallang mrt but she took so long beautifying herself tat i ended up picking her up at her place :P got down to town n had mos burger for dinner... we still slowly took our time to eat n chat... who knows! the shops close at 9.30-10pm n not the supposedly 12am -as claimed by my mum :S disappointed... we unwillingly left... n silly fei cancelled tomorrow's ktv session cos she wans to come shopping! muahahhahahah!! as for me, i'll be hitting the shops at 10am cos mum wans to be the early bird! MUAHAHHAHHAHHA!! *grins*

Still bored.....???

Yup i still am! i finally started work yday but still... I'M BORED!!! my in-charge said she didnt have time to train me so she gave me a file with a huge stack of papers in it to read through. the papers were merely all the car loans that have been approved in 2004 so they're repetitive.. Today before lunch, my collegue went to ask if he could train me on some stuff but she gave him a whole lot of funny answers but ultimately the answer was no.. so i continue to sit at an empty desk n look pretty :S After lunch, my computer finally came... the support guy took my computer from a desk away for me n got me to log in to the different systems. but still i got nothing to do... there's no internet.. only intranet consisting of only Maybank's webby *......*

In addition to it, i've fallen sick :( got a bad throat when i got up yday so i went to see the doc at night to prevent from falling even sicker... but still.. now.. i'm feeling even worst than before :/ caught a flu as well.. so i'm going to bed now.. need to recuperate.. nitey everyone! Hope tomorrow will be a better day for me at work... (i rather be a busy bee than none)

I'm starting work tomorrow...!!!

Went to watch Star Wars- Return of the Sith with fei n uncle @ Plaza Sing yday (btw, if i mention uncle, i refers to uncle simon tan! heee!) the movie was good man! i liked it.. n is looking forward to the next one... dunno when.. lol!

Met fei before tat to walk ard... some of the stores r already having sale.. was wondering if its a pre-sale event before the Great Sg Sale which starts on 27th May.. haha!

My grandma was admitted to hospital tat night... apparently her right side of the body couldn't move n there wasnt any feeling... mum n dad rushed over, tot she had stroke so called for the ambulance. Did a scan n doc said she there was a blockage in her artery causing her to have temporary paralysis... lucky she was alright. Went to visit her on sun evening n this morning as well.. she seems alright already but alot of my relatives were at the hospital this morning n when the nurse came in, her blood pressure shot up again! nurse was suspecting cos there was too many ppl ard n she got a bit excited... lol!

Went shopping after n mum bought me a vanilla colored Furla bag for work.. haha! so sweet of her rite? xD after 15% dis, the bag was $355. Thanx mum!! *muacks muacks* bought 2 pairs of heels too.. she was asking if i had shoes for work as well :P

Called 'someone' on sat night... he sounded shocked yet surprise to hear my voice.. then he started laughing asking y i called... asking the obvious isn't it..?? of cos miss then call mar :X talked for a bit then hung up cos his frens were waiting for him to go for drinks.. he called me back at 3am sg time :S i was groggy n sleepy then so hung up... but later on called him back cos he woke me up n i couldnt sleep.. haha! talked for a bit before hanging up cos he had a wedding reception to attend to... xDDDDDDDDD

Juz got out from shower.. waiting for hair to dry... went for drinks with E Lin, Simon n a few other new frens... met u with E Lin for dinner after which, was brain racking wheres a good place to chill out yet not packed.. lol! ended up in one of the irish pubs in Chjimes- Fatherflannigan's (is the spelling correct?) Was chatting for most of the night then uncle simon decided to play a number game... which ended up, Becky (dunno if it's spelt tat way) ended up drinking quite a bit cos of me? LOL... the first drink was intro'ed by the waitress... we asked for the yuckiest drink but the supposedly yucky drink called the irish car bomb was not yucky at all... LOL! it was an irish beer mixed with baileys n whisky(i think?) the 2nd forfeit drink was simon's heineken mix with a bit of stout.. LOL.. lucky me! didnt get to drink tat :P

Oh! we had dinner at California Pizza... which i tot the pizza was pretty yucky too! went there once with my jie mei before... tat was years back before i went to melb n the food was alright.. but now the standard has really dropped... funny thing was, considered its a pizza place.. it didnt allow us to mix 1 pizza with 2 flavours... didnt allow us to change our pizza to the thin crust one either...! :S anyways the food sucks now.. we both were literally chewing hard on our pizza cos it was too hard! the crust was almost "cao da" :/

I showered my darling boy in the afternoon.. haha! he so cute! i put him in the shower tray n i squat down using the shower hose to spray on him.. he looked at me n gave the the pathetic meow- like helppppppp~~~ lol! he didnt like the water getting onto his face so he stuffed his head in between my legs n look at me! haha! so poor thing but yet so cuteeeeeeeeeee~~~~~ lol..

Great Master Jedi BabyGuUm-LoL-Meow Meow

I am the Great Master Jedi BabyGuUm-LoL-Meow Meow! muahahah! Fear me!! Uncle simon started it! he called himself the Great Master Obi Simon-Wan-Cool-Wangwang! Instead of fearing him, u can only laugh in your heart.. for having such an or-bit n obiang nick.. isn't it? :PpPpPpPPPPPPppp

Anyways, was suggesting to go watch star wars tomorrow but fei couldnt make it... still in the midst of deciding if i should go watch it with uncle simon first but i doubt there r seats cos at 1+pm today... he checked n there was only 3 seats left for GV Plaza @ 10.40pm.. tats how pop the show can get :S oh well.. if not, we'll catch it next weekday..

Went to Ang Mo Kio St 64 (Maybank Centre) this morning to sign my 1 yr contract... Was pouring when i got there but lucky mummy sent me there :P
When i got there, there was a gal supposedly inteviewee looking for the HR dept as well.. after being asked to wait at the waiting area, a lady came over to tat interviewee(called grace) to ask for application form, transcripts n results. Grace told her she juz printed the application form out so she needs time to fill it in. A lil while later, an indian gal came in- apparently another interviewee. Again the HR lady asked for the forms, transcript n results. The indian gal then took out her forms n told the HR lady "i've done my homework so i'm all presented".. i was like *dang!* wat was tat suppose to mean? is she trying to put grace down since she saw her filling up the forms??? *question mark* kinda odd to hear this kind of statement. the HR lady didnt say anything.. she juz took her forms n stuff... cos she was flipping thru the indian gal's copies of transcripts n all... n i saw a copy of PSLE cert!!! LOL!! i only gave them my dip n deg.. didnt even bother with my Os n she gave her her PSLE cert! rofl!! Oh well.... :/

Vondzel got kicked out from American Idols!! damn she was a good singer!! well.. at least i know my fav gal Carrie Underwood will be the top 2.. YAY!!

I got the job!

Haha! I finally found a job... credit officer in Maybank! hehe! I was really hoping she would call me cos it was the dept i was looking to going into.. i thought it would be rather interesting for me cos i'm a rather meticulous person.. haha! I woke up in the morning telling myself.. 'hope the gal calls me today or i'll have to start applying for more jobs again' n at 2+pm my mobile rang... couldnt contain my excitment when she said she's calling from Maybank!!!! HAHHAHHA!!

Stupid uncle simon predicted i'll start procrasinating after i start work abt y i have to work n shit :P at least its better than staying at home n doing nuts... going nuts too! time for me to earn some money as well ;) so can go shopping!! haha! great singapore sale is coming in 2 wks.. anyone wans a shopping kaki?? :P

I called mum after i got the call.. she immediately went "thank god.. i pray so hard for u" :S when she came home after work.. she ask me to go with her after dinner to Novena church to give thanks :/ so i juz did.... went to send the vacuum cleaner to my aunt then came back... had a small squabble with mark over msn cos he was out of point :P he's forever out of point... n i shan't elaborate abt it :P

Havent been blogging for quite sometime.. reason being.. nothing much to blog about.. haha! my life is pretty much at home atm... juz went for 2 interview last thurs n fri, with a credit management company n then maybank. Hopefully i get the job at Maybank cos its the kinda job i wan... hai.. everyone pray for me k? :S

Went to meet my sec sch fren at swensen's orchard on thurs nite... she still look the same! except abit more mature as compared to during sec sch days.. hehe.. did alot of catching up.. its funny how we used to be good frens during sec sch but lost contact after Os.. after like... 7yrs? we still click pretty well.. haha! right E Lin? :P

Met up with cindy in town on fri afternoon... so funny! we walked from far east all the way to heeren then back to far east again.. practically combed the main parts of orchard cos she was looking for sunnies n some tops. Walked for like 5 hours without resting! haha! n at the end of it, both of us got aching backs LOL.. i used to be able to walk all day without rest but old already la.. ard 3-4 hrs i was already feeling tired but i tot.. NO! muz go on to train stamina :P n cindy seemed alright so how could i lose to her? :PpPpPpPpPP

Ard 4 today, went to the evo9 launch at kallang link... i showered before going, n when i got there.. immediately started pespiring again! goodness! met up with cin, kenneth, marianne, uncle leonard... uncle leonard got 1st or 2nd (didnt stay for the ceremony... pai seh) for his evo8 mr under the performance car category... congrats to him once again! :) after seeing the evo9 demo done by the wrc driver (some jap name) i went off cos me n bro couldnt stand the weather...

Had dinner at home then went to my grandparents' (dad's side) to visit my grandpa.. his health is failing him so we muz make it a point to go see him... he's suffering from parkinson's disease n dementia.. so sad.. his health juz deteriorated within months! :(

Ok, dota time.. its pouring outside now.. so i will have a good cool night's sleep.. hehe.. nitey ppls!

Havent been blogging cos i was sick...

Yday i finally finished my storybook i bought abt 1.5 months ago- The Lipstick Chronicles. It was an interesting book talking abt the lives of 5 women working in this international greeting company called Allheart.com. Actually, i took tat long to finish cos i was rationing the book.. lol! but... oh well.. all good things come to an end i suppose :S Was reading the story abt the CEO of the company, Elyssa Wentworth n her r/s with a 'business associate', Joe n how it fell apart when he came back early from a biz trip n caught her kissing another guy, Parker Quest. It was hell after that for both of them but at the end, she decided to sell out Allheart.com. At the last company gathering, Joe appeared at the beach chalet and wanted get back with her again. Well, the story brought back memories.... its somewhat alike n i actually teared when Elyssa n Joe finally went their seperate ways :'( *ponders*

Anyways, i started on a new book my cousin lent me... its called Messiah Code, thinks its from the same author as Da Vinci Code (not sure) she was suppose to lent me that as well but she couldnt find it.. haha! been dotaing as usual too :P but i like to random now cos i like to try other heros... still aint tat good with meelee yet.. LOL
