went for 1st round on wed with yanshi.. i actually wanted to go there to reserve stuffs.. but when i got there.. it was the sale only for mng vip card holders! dammit! since when they issued vip cards? i muz get my hands on them anyways.. *rub hands* lucky yanshi borrowed the vip card from her collegue.. so we went in to grab! bought 4 tops...
i skipped gym for 2nd round of the sale.. but this time.. its for public too.. so can imagine the chaos? -.- marina had nothing.. no small sizes left... the remaining small sizes were ugly clothes n the whole place was in a MESS!! so meria n i went onto suntec... saw wallace with a gal by the overhead bridge.. said hi then we both briskly walked to suntec mng.. haha! we're shopping freaks :P suntec was more 'organised' than marina.. n it was less squeezy... bought another 4 tops there n meria got 4 too.. hehe... u cannot imagine how many rounds did we make inside the shop *blehs* we were even thinking of heading to the parkway mng after but its was 9.30pm by the time we were done... so we'll let it pass...
Went to visit grandma on fri... she was vomitting n developed a fever on tues nite so she got admitted on wed for more checks n x-trays. good thing she was better n was able to eat when i saw her then... n if nothing goes wrong, able to be discharged on sat after the doc sees her 1 more time.
After which was suppose to head to zouk to look for the gang, pat is back! but i was kinda tired n i had laundry to do so came back.. sorted out the clothes n i did laundry till 1am -.-! blame the washing machine!! my gawd! 1 full spin took AGES!!! n dad was still telling me the other washing machines had even longer spins when they were purchasing this one at tat time -.- arghhhh... though they had the faster cycle but i had to use the full one for my bro's n dad's pants n jeans... so i wait.. wait.. wait... was dota-ing while waiting so not too bad.. haha...
Lost the last rd of angz pte game cos i afked to take water.. n sentinel pushed -.- then kana scolded by lance :P rax was down.. we fought hard but lost in the end.. haha :P
Less than a week into world cup n almost every guy suffering from "fever" >.<
My boss typed n printed out office bets, added a score chart to his collection of world cup stuff in 1 of the pillars in office. On the other end, there was another score chart pinned next to my big boss's office door, by one of the marketing boss! LOL! everyday... first thing in the morning.. he steps up on the stool to update the score chart... -.-
My ex collegue Brandon sms the wrong person this morning at 9am... he sms me instead of his soccer buddy (i think) n this is wat he typed... "back from shanghai? Palender 4 wld cup this fri nite? went last nite 4 korea match good plc! fuck up france cant even score 1 goal zindane, henry, viera, makelele all sleepn!" After reading it, i went HUH?? for a min i was trying to figure out wat the 4 names behind were.. 1st thought- his soccer-watching-frens? nah.. cant be right cos singaporeans dun have such fanciful names.. lol.. then i realised.. oh! soccer players.. LOL.. yes! i'm slow.. can't blame me cos i'm not a soccer freak! :P I replied Brandon to tell him he sent to the wrong person.. blah... blah... then we were going back n forth for a bit then he called n ask wat i was typing... *DANGZ!* i was like.. nvm......... he damn slow... Finally at lunch time 1.30pm (note: how many hours later?) he smsed n he finally figured out wat i was smsing -.-!!!
1 more person... those tat r in his fren's list would have gotten this journal entry.. but those tat dun... i have to share with u all how much this soccer fever is amusing me... hahhahahah.... dun mind ar uncle simon :P Uncle Simon says: Pardon me for the major world cup madness but it is what i am in currently. lol Just want to ramble out my displeasure here. Sometimes, i just dun learn my lesson. Last WORLD CUP, i lose at the starting becos of stupid france. I thot this year, they have changed and should be better. HOW WRONG I am....................... THEY STILL FUCKING SUCKS. Seriously, it is their coach fault, i think i can do better than him.
HOW U EXPECT TO SCORE WHEN YOU ATTACK, it's MOSTLY only 4 players vs their 9 players in the last 1/3 of the field. I know there is Zidane and Henry, but no matter wat, kanna triple team even pele there also no use. Really, France is just a lousy piece of shit and I won't take them again. Period. i think tunisia is a safer bet than spain for upcoming match.
Lil update on myself.. i finally went to my 1st BC class on sat!! kinda late.. i know :P but better than not right? hehe.. anyways, i really loved it! great workout! now i understand y gwen says she doesnt put any make up on for BC.. hehe.. i simply loved it!! but i'm gonna go more often now to learn the moves :P haha... But after i got home.. freaking tired -.- was suppose to go zouk tat nite but i end up staying home n dotaing the whole nite... i woke up in the middle of the nite with a serious body ache.. haha! its wed already n i'm only just recovering... -.- weak~ :p

1 day after coe.. nothing to do at work.. i did no more than 5 applications today.. hahah! but tat was partly cos i was bz handling the green files.. I'm monitoress for the month as my collegue vincent will put it... giving out.. collecting.. collating..
Went bowling during lunch hour today.. 7 of us in 2 lanes n it took us almost an hr to finish 1 game. the team singapore group were there practicing too.. all equiped with nice shoes, gloves n personal balls... intimidating sia~ lol.. lucky we took lanes 1 & 2 so quite far from them.. haha..
Went for my usual workout today but didn't go for yoga.. cos by then my right hand was hurting like hell!! overstrain!! lol.. i had problems stapling my documents n stuff at work after the bowling session... i'm so weak! :P i panicked when i weighed n it increased by 0.8kg the other time... :S but yay! i'm back to my usual.. ;)
So 1 day more to World Cup. r there plans for alchy gang tomorrow? hmm.. i think all of the alchy guys watch soccer eh? -.^ i suppose Mr 9 will be busy too... not to mention the late nites n stuff :P its the month for the guys to have panda eyes :P keke..

Yup its busy time for me this week again cos of stupid coe.. to add on to things.. i'm in charge of 'green files' this month..... which really makes me go green!! -.-" the 1st few days of june last wk really made me go GREEN!! so much paperwork to settle juz for the stupid blardy stack of files... actually it isn't so bad once u get the hang of it.. but i'm really quite sick of seeing green files atm... can't the bank juz change color to blue, yellow (hmmm? maybank's theme color) or pink? :/
Tomorrow's coe bidding.. wanna guess if coe will go up or down? i'm guessing down cos there r so much rumors about abolishing the coe system... sg gov is really clever at such stuff... they make owning a vehicle easier for everyone... allow petrol to go up... sg gets more congested then WALA! they implement erp system all over the island!! but tats juz my prediction... lets juz wait n see..
Sometimes it makes me wonder... is ignorance really the best way out of something one can't seem to handle? i reckon its a singaporean thing man... most r also juz waiting for u to start the whole issue... so when it blows up to a big matter.. there u have it! the person will say "she started it!!" Is tat my assumption tat has proved me wrong? nope! I never seem to have such problems with my frens fm other parts of asia... but after being trial n tested both ways... i still think talking things out r the best way to a solution. However, if likewise.. . u r left with no answer but 'hanging' so wat to do? give the fuck care attitude or juz get bothered trying to resolve matters? i'm clueless myself................. -.-

Its 9.43pm on a sun.. in the midst of a CSI ad break... feeling the mondy blues already :/ sigh... y do the weekends alwaiz pass like a breeze?
Went for 2 interviews on wed n 1 on thurs.. took a day's leave for the wed one... 1st one was crap! i got tricked into going for it!! lady from eliteam consultant called up asking me to go for an 'Executive' position interview.. i asked details on the job scope but she refused to tell me.. all she said was 'my manager will tell u the details during the interview' so alright... the interview was at 4.
Got there.. did a personality test... met the manager n we spoke abit abt our study life in aussie... he used to study in sydney.. blah blah... 20mins into the interview he started talking crap~ abt life.. spiritual.. career... n rubbish~~ was suspecting something but unsure... by then was already 5.15pm n i was getting anxious cos my next interview was at 5.30 though it was abt 5 min's drive away. i interrupted him.... n yep! turns out to be an interview for a consultant position at Prudential! he still wanted to carry on bullshitting with me! wtf~ but cut him off and politely said goodbye.
2nd interview was alright... asked alot abt my current job scope..
3rd interview was the key! i wanted tat job.. n yep! thanks gal for helping me out.. *hugs* hopefully i'll get a reply soon too... *cross fingers*
hopefully other stuff turns for the better too... -.-
